• Video/Audio Data: Video and audio streams are processed in real-time for communication and card detection but are not recorded or stored permanently.
• Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the platform's performance and user experience.

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the CharAzTable gaming platform
• Enable multiplayer functionality and real-time communication
• Authenticate users and manage game sessions
• Improve our card detection and recognition features
• Ensure platform security and prevent abuse
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:

• All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols
• Account information is stored securely with encrypted passwords
• Video and audio streams are not recorded or stored permanently
• Game session data is automatically deleted after sessions end
• We regularly review and update our security practices

CharAzTable uses some third-party services to provide functionality:

• LiveKit: For real-time video and audio communication
• Vercel: For hosting and deployment
• Analytics Services: For anonymous usage statistics

These services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We recommend reviewing their policies as well.

We retain your information only as long as necessary:

• Account information is currently retained indefinitely (account deletion feature coming soon)
• Game session data is automatically deleted after sessions end
• Video and audio streams are processed in real-time and not stored
• Anonymous analytics data may be retained for platform improvement

Note: We are working on implementing account deletion functionality. In the meantime, if you need your account data removed, please contact us through our Discord community.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (manual process via Discord until automated deletion is implemented)
• Opt out of non-essential data collection
